Shipping Policy

What You Need to Know

At Karmic Beauty we strive to get your purchases to you as fast as possible. Normal shipping times range from 5-7 business days. Due to the custom nature of some of our products shipping times cannot be guaranteed.Shipping rates vary.

Returns and Exchanges

How It Works

1. Due to the nature of the products we sell. We accept returns of unopened products within 15 days of delivery. Please contact us at karmicbeautysolutions@gmail.com prior to sending any products back. Please note, we do not provide prepaid shipping label's for returns.
2. Karmic Beauty only accepts returns of items purchased directly from Karmicbeauty.org
3. All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment with the exception of gift cards. Gift cards will be issued as a store credit.
4. Refund processing can take up to 15 business days
5. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we offer our customers complimentary exchanges and would be happy to assist you in finding your perfect routine!
6. Returns or exchanges of any bundle must include all bundled items in order to be refunded or exchanged.

7. Sales of all customized or gifted items are final. No returns of these items will be accepted. If you find something unacceptable with your custom or gifted order please reach out and we will do our best to rectify the situation.
